This album contains a drum machine, a fairly new technology at the time. I found it a bit annoying...but available. Endless Night was a dirge about "loss". In listening back after 40 years in the vaults, I find that my lyrics, very stream of consciousness, were revealing my relationship with my wife. She was a mystery to me. I had found her, after both her parents had died, as a barely mumbling lost girl. I liked that. She didn't talk much and looked beautiful. Perfect for me for the next 20 odd years: An Endless Night.
